Dehydration Masterbatch Removing Recycle HDPE Water Efficiently

Application: HDPE, PP films, injections, pipe, sheeting etc.

Operation method:

Mix with raw materials, for example, recycle HDPE or PP resin and color masterbatch, Filler Masterbatch, etc, and then put into machine get start blowing film or injection, piping, sheeting. 

Adding rate: 1-3%

Function: 1. Take place of drying machine. No need to spend hours to dry recycle materials. 

                  2. Some filler or color masterbatch contains water as well. The water can be removed at the same time.
