Desiccant Masterbatch
Desiccant masterbatch, also known as defoaming masterbatch or moisture absorbent, is suitable for the production of all recycled PE/PP plastic products . If the raw materials contain trace moisture, it will have a severe impact on plastic products . Therefore, factories usually use drying equipment to dry the plastics . This is a huge waste of energy and labor, increasing the product cost .
When using desiccant masterbatch, it only needs to be directly added to the raw materials without changing any production processes . It helps eliminate bubbles, moire patterns, cracks and spots caused by moisture in plastic products .
